It has been way too long . That is why I am a fan of share buybacks. If done properly it works. I also own Ipco (mini Vet ) and so far it has worked fine for them. Right now they have decided to hold a Dutch auction for a further 10% of the shares. Just a short while ago they were talking substantial dividend payouts, but they now seem to have delayed that option for a short while. I believe VET will follow a similar path and that for VET the effect on share prices will be even greater due to the present under evaluation !!
