The Company is formed for the purpose of acquiring and owning office properties primarily situated in France, Germany, and Spain. The REIT properties are strategically situated in urban areas, generally in close proximity to public transportation. Its France properties include Gaia, Arcueil, Delizy, Metropolitan, Sabliere, and Baldi. Its Germany properties include Trio, Kosching, Neu Isenburg, Stuttgart, Bad Homburg, and Duisburg. May 12th was a fantastic buying opportunity. Talk about a sweet gift. It blows my mind people dumped this stock just because of a temporary large AFFO payout ratio. Once the new acqutions start contributing to the AFFO, the ratio will be driven down to quickly. I think people are starting to realize this (which was always evident) hence the good gains made in last week. It's been a while since I've made 14% cap gain on stock in under a week.
