An orphan drug is a pharmaceutical agent developed to treat medical conditions which, because they are so rare, would not be profitable to produce without government assistance. The conditions are referred to as orphan diseases. All this does is provide Guy a job and another non revenue project , keep banging those test tubes together and stay busy without revenue or results , make more shares then when we have too many reverse split and the scam continues , Guy needs to be gone yesterday, shareholders have zero confidience in his ability to MAKE SHAREHOLDERS ANY MONEY , this research still will cost Tetra money they do not have !
