CRUSHIN’ IT ! The crushing effect of everything has finally come to BEAR in the markets once again and this time it ain't gonna be an easy one to wriggle out of. With inflation flashing off like massive solar flares in every country around the world, interest rates are popping like champagne corks on New Years Eve.
This ain't no celebration though. With lingering effects of Covid, HYPER inflation, rising interest rates and a war in Europe effecting everything from energy to food supplies people are genuinely concerned. Many have over extended themselves and are beginning to panic as fear takes control.
Many of the world's trade indexes are teetering on full blown BEAR market territory. Some are already there.
MMs love this environment. They will take full advantage of the negative sentiment in an effort to extract as many shares as possible from over extended retail investors and relieve those poor unfortunate souls of the burden of the shares they hold.
How kind of them.
Once again cannabis carnage has reared it’s ugly head today with many Mjs dipping to new five year lows in morning trading. The Mj sector is particularly weak and vulnerable at this time with negative sentiment spiking and political uncertainty underpinning the narrative any negative market turn is projecting on Mj.
Investors beaten down by a long term down trend are loosing faith. It’s enough to make many SNAP !??
Then, they LOSE IT !!!
They turn and walk away. Some run! They sell at a massive loss. Way below fair market and the sting is so sharp they never return.
This is when the MMs and patient investors go bargain hunting.
Here’s one positive thing about Mj that the MMs are well aware of. Mj is a vice industry like alcohol, tobacco and gambling. Even as prices of everything else are on the rise the price of Mj products are falling. While other products will see total sales and volumes decrease due to inflation, Mj sales and volume will continue to GROW despite a recession.
Like so many things, stocks sometimes become much tastier after being pulverized.
