Hudbay Minerals Inc. is a copper-focused mining company. The Company has operations and pipeline of copper growth projects in tier-one mining-friendly jurisdictions of Canada, Peru, and the United States. Need the PEA to rellay understand the share impact...

I think the neutral call from TD must be because they still have a Rosemont value as part of their estimate..

They need to monotize this asset, bought in 2014... Crazy it takes so long in the US to move a mine forward....
