RE:log jam at $2 gone Rm, you have to be realistic or no one will pay attention to your posts.  Most likely we will see a gradual rise and I see us hitting that 1.25 target after one or two dividends have been paid.  A lot of investors are still wondering if these oil and gas stock prices are real.  Most likely the only reason some of us are able to add at these prices is that some investors that have held through the down times are finally getting a little of their investment back. If the stock continues to go up I could also see the company raise the dividend a bit to keep the dividend rate around 5 percent.
