Comparing Operating Profit without Govt Subsidies

Comparing Operating Profit without Govt Subsidies FY 2022 reported, soft target and adjusted.  Lease interest is included in operating margins (i am old school).  Adjusted for Goverment labour subsidies and HQ CCAA special bonus.  Company normally has admin at 5% I expect a return to that.  

I have soft targets that I expect management to hit over the course of a year.  These are my targets you probably have something different.  Think 44% COGS is realistic.  I originally had COGS at 42% but it seems like the company can't change their old ways too much...
