Missing News Release????On March 4, 2022, the Company granted 1,116,526 stock options with an exercise price of C$1.32 per share that are exercisable for a period of seven years with a three-year vesting period.
During the three months ended March 31, 2022, the Company granted 1,940,232 PSUs (C$1.32 per share) to key management and 1,186,634 RSUs (C$1.32 per share) to selected employees.
If most of these equity options were exercised, then management would own approximately 12% of the total share outstanding (not accounting for shares already owned!
Question is… why is management issuing generous options to themselves on annual basis when the share price has free-fallen for the last five years (in January 2022, the share price traded as high as $1.96)???
