The REIT owns a portfolio of approximately 15 investment properties consisting of 3,300 units total. The REIT's portfolio includes Mansions at Riverside, Ashton Glen, The Morgan, Aspen Village, Colt’s Crossing, Rochelle Plaza, Maple Oaks, Council Crossing, Winchester Run, The Commons, Carriage Court, Commons at Kettering, Oak Place, Ascent at Lake Worth, and Creekwood Place.

RE:RE:RE:Dividend YieldI'm in for a small amount but will watch this very carefully,with a reasonable payout ratio I beleive there is lots of room for organic growth.
The Dream family of REITS all do well and I really like monthly dividends,this is a good longterm move for conservative investors.
