The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. RE:Debt reduction Goose, from the Q1 release below...while the call with Brian was good...for now we continue debt and buybacks. Brian did mention $800m target is in sight for 2022...and 5% share buybacks for 2022. Brian is correct everyone always focused on BTE debt so that is the focus. 

For comparison I believe WCP was at 0.9 debt to ebitda Q4/21...I would think we should be around 1.0 debt to ebitda end of Q2/22....so really debt not a major issue end of Q2...BUT since it is still on peoples minds you continue to eliminate it....plus while not "sexy" add major value to long-term shareholders.


All of this is great.
