Maybe, maybe not.  Keep in mind the whole market has gone sideways.  It's behaved strange for years now.  From free money / zero to negative interest rates, quantitative buying from the fed.  

Equity prices are falling, inflation is rising, interest rates have to go up to try and slow that.  Could it be that speculators see potential and unjustifiable rises could be due to the explosion of self investors looking for safer bets?

I have 100,000 warrants @.10 expire 08/24 and I'm in this because I believe in the treatment.  I rode QLT back in the late 90's so I know photodynamic therapy is proven.
