So did co. just defer stock comp to the next qtr to show reduced loss?

Share-based payments increased to $6,028,722 (Q3 FY2021 - $4,979,027) as the Company granted various stock options to officers and US-based sales and business development consultants. During FY2021 and Q1 and Q2 FY2022 the Company awarded stock-options as a form of compensation to preserve cash. Going forward the Company expects to award options much less frequently and at much lower levels, primarily for new senior-level hires. The Company did not issue any stock options during the quarter ending March 31, 2022.
