Here is the most up to date response from FOMB to PREPA , in a nut shell as of May 25th 2022.

"NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT after reviewing the proposed fiscal
plan with the Governor’s representatives and analyzing and deliberating over it with staff, advisors,
consultants, and attorneys, the Board has determined that the Governor’s proposed fiscal plan for
PREPA does not satisfy PROMESA’s requirements; and therefore hereby determines to issue,
pursuant to Section 201(c)(3)(B) of PROMESA, the notice of violation including
recommendations for revisions to the proposed fiscal plan, attached hereto as Exhibit 1, for
