Its difficult if not impossible to predict what SGE or Migas will do, but management can certainly fill the vacuum with expressions of intent.

They did say they are going to relinguish the interest and as part of that would be the cancellation of the loan and debenture. Hopefully they are asking for more than this in a settlement.
