I'm not sure you understood the initial post. The S&P/TSX Comp Index depends on the market cap of companies, nothing else. It's not like WELL is getting delisted.
Eventually, as WELL meets its financial guidance, the share price will move back up (and so will the market cap) and it will be added back to the S&P¨/TSX Comp Index.
So, just so I understand your genius and my inferiority to you since you're an accountant, it's all positive that:
A. they needed a financing (as I said they would need under the guise of acquisitions which was adamantly disputed))
B. they did it with a falling share price which was already under $4 (as I said it would be and my prediction was also adamantly dispputed)
C. they did the financing at a lower than the closing price on the day of financing announcement
D. they've been removed from the index
among too many other things, this is somehow all good in your world even though the flags are slapping you in the face all day long?
