RE:New Press Release - EXCELLON PROVIDES UPDATE ON KILGORE GOLD This is exactly what I am talking about. Thursday May 26 Complaint filed concerning Kilgore Property per below. The major news outlets published information about this complaint on Friday 3 June. Those acting on this news sold about US$20 thousand of Excellon stock on Friday 3 June causing the stock price to drop over 9% by the end of the trading day while silver, gold and mining stocks were all up that day. This drop in Excellon's stock was done heading into the weekend possibly to front run the drop anticipated for the next week beginning Monday June 6. Excellon CEO did not issue a NR until Tuesday June 7. Why did he wait so long? He essentially gave traders 11 days from the time the complaint was filed to formulate a plan to use this information to their advantage and 7 days to act on it by selling Excellon stock on the exchanges before the NR was published. If he would have published the NR, which was actually good news, the same day or the day after the complaint was filed, he could have prevented or at least mitigated the damage done to Excellon's stock price and its shareholders.
