SQI Diagnostics Inc. is a Canada-based company that is focused on lung health. Its clinical solutions include Rapid Acute Lung Injury Diagnostic (RALI-Dx), lung transplant diagnostics, COVID-19 testing and surveillance testing solutions. Its RALI-Dx delivers results from the lab in less than an hour while RALI-fast delivers results at the patient point-of-care in about 15 minutes. The Company’s TORdx LUNG Test measures inflammation at the molecular level to assess the health of the donor lung. The Company is also focused on its organ transplant pipeline of products.

Three major shareholders with very deep pockets have opportunistically increased their ownership position in SQI Diagnostics to 80 % over time. Would expect that these three wisemen do not lack ability or resource's to ensure the SQI Diagnostics story is told. Is their failure to do so in any meaningful way oversight or design?
