And to those who say that this expenses is not in the cash flow statement, it is but not obvious.
Cash flow is the income from operations among other things such as depreciation.  But the income amount from operations contains the compensation expenses, so the net income is WITHOUT the compensation expenses.    In fact many companies add the stock based compensation expense back on to the free cash flow numbers.  Many disagree with this accounting, as their is no free cash.  It has been spent, and trying to show that you had it is not really in anyone's best interest but the executives of the company reportinig it.
