I'm seeing a gross profit of 11.4M on Simply.

a compensation of 7.3M is not proportional at all

also, when he sells like he is doing it's impacting the SP.

just the salary is more than fair in my opinion and NO increases until big contracts are signed. 


I'm in favour of going back to 2019 compensation package.
