RE:Deliberate ObfuscationThey probably have had talks but I would think it's JV talk not buyout. I don't think Roger has amassed his position to get out at $2.00, I know I haven't. I don't think I would or should I say will sell more than 20% when it gets to $2.00.
I always thought they chose bladder as their way to prove what they have and to fund further trials and no offer comes for the company until they start producing results from at least one other indication.
People are always afraid of low ball offers but how often does that come to fruition? We see all these mutil-billion dollar buyouts and when the time comes I don't see why TLT would be any different. And a lot of the concern is because where it sits right now but I think that's irrelevant, we need the data and it's not far off. Low volume sideways or down days mean absolutely nothing.
Hopefully we get some momentum going into the AGM and that sets the stage for the following 3-6 months.

Theralase has always wanted to fly under the radar for reasons undisclosed. I think they know they have a verbal deal for financing and partnership in place with Li Ka Shing subject to the data results being positive and leading to BTD, which would then be formalized and made public. I think they also know that the less they say publicly until that point in time, the more they can stay out of the spotlight. We wouldn't want too many pharmas come knocking with offers at this point in our development and while the share price remains so depressed at the moment. Heaven forbid that many of the large shareholders (myself included) might be tempted to just take one of those offers prematurely. A 500% offer above the current price might be considered by the acquirer to be very generous...but that would still only get us to $2 per share.....not acceptable to me or most others but an offer that's 1000 to 2000% over the current price....well let me think about that one for a day or two.
Roger also has to remain squeeky clean with the OSC as well as I am sure he wants to have his old corporate position back in place by Q1/2023 when the current OSC penalty order expires. It wouldn't look good when the money, fame and media/public attention shows up and the only person that can really respond on behalf of Theralase is the Business Development Sales guy. That wouldn't say a lot for how Theralase has been run for the past few years and would certainly raise a lot of interesting but unwanted questions.
So for now, we just continue to fly under the radar. The ghost plane is on auto-pilot. Next update will be closer to landing.
