IMO, for Crew to create the next catalyst it has to be the debt.

They don't have growth, asset, or land issues.

I doubt a land sale will occur, there's lots floating out there right now. Especially with Imperial's ongoing marketing of XTO Canada.

For the majority of companies, acreage is not in short supply.
