RE:RE:RE:.43 a share for 150M poundsAgreed, but we really need to focus on the relative share price. I will give credit to Roger, he could have stuck around and kept issuing shares to finance the company - it looks like he (and the board) saw that they didn't have the goodwill to get competitive value. This kickstarts a true valuation process for the assets - I am good with this. 

Honestly, it looks like we are potentially in for a rough, long general market wide bear market. U spot will likely do great and producers will benefit, but I think the next little while will be very tough for explorers and early stage developers with tough equity markets to finance and high inflation for all of their inputs. 

I wouldn't be surprsed to see other beaten down U juniors to get scooped up
