RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Finally bear market came ! Apparently it is not just me but also Coldwell Banker Realty that are liars.
As stated in the link I attached the following:

Property Type         Land
Subtype                  Residential
Zoning         t-4
 
"The City of Tehachapi T4 zoning allows for a variety of different types of residential uses."

As they state the land is zoned T-4 (Neighbourhood General) I have too assume that Coldwell Banker is not lying about the property details.
