Increase in volume was also seen in the a's at least 3 times normal.

How much of this used for arbitrage I would say quite a bit relatively.speaking

I don't have all the numbers but from what I see the number of shares traded quadrupled compared to usual, in last week's number of shares... from let's say 7 Millions a day to about 28 Millions.
