RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Used BioTech Company For Sale by Owner - 600M OBO. Unfortunately Evotec won't be buying shares at $2.50 on the open market. They will be issued shares. Perhaps they overpaid. Only time will tell. I am still bullish on Sernova's longer term prospects, but timing is key. At this time it is hard to justify the argument that $2.50 is the inherent value of Sernova.
