  • The Canadian Govt is so disfunctional, and they have no real motivation other than create jobs if Almonty was to consider building a mine in Northern Canada.  They don't have money, so I doubt there will many incentives to build and Almonty would have to pay most of the bills.  Furthermore, LB likes the mines to be close to its customers, which is why I think a mine in Canada is out of the question........(Good Luck Fireweed, who submitted an LOT to buy Mactung)
  • I don't know if there is a large enough mine in the Western US to purchase, but if there isn't one, then I think LB will purchase one in Alaska.
  • The US has the money and incentive to have the new mine up and running as soon as possible. Especially with the new semiconductor plants coming online in Ohio within the next 6 years.
  • As we are the only Tier 1 Tungsten provider outside of China, the chances are we will be vertically integrated here as well.
