RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Wow!! I agree with everything you said, and yes I did notice the green days but did chalk it up as oversold and consolidating, as for the 33 I thought about it briefly and decided to take the cash asap as this market is nutso and wanted the cash to take advantage of some other deals, the $2 when I weighed it all in seemed like I could further my value elsewhere. I am thrilled with my decision as it was my biggest position and to make that kind of money in this market was awesome! Cheers

As for an indication of a buyout, take a look at the price changes fir each of the few days leading up to announcement - Lifeworks was green when everyone else was red. Definitely some leaks of the news that was acted on. 

I remember saying to myself during those days that it was nice to see the stock gaining ( thinking people finally realized it was way oversold) - meanwhile in the background the sale was actually leaked. Clearly
