The way I see it lack ot drawdown of funds could be due to 2 possibilities:

1. Waiting for equipment (Mill) to arrive on site (could be stuck in a port)
2. Changes to the project related to the downstream processing plant

Recession/Inflation/Stagnation are also in the back of my mind as a cause for the delay but I sincerely hope for all of us that that is not the cause as that would not be good. . .
