Athabasca Oil Corporatoion had $450M in debt.  Got that down to $350Min from a new issue as you know.  Since last fall has paid that down to $241M.  Expect that to be $200M in a 30 days  time or thereabouts.

Athabasca if they wanted to could issue new debt and retire any remaining debt.  They could do that I think with better rates and even a longer term. Their partner Murphy Oil has much better coupon rates and longer terms.  Do the researcch.

Athabasca is just getting going.  Once they get to $175M Debt (soon) the stock will be rerated as they state in their presentation.  Unlocking shareholder value.
