RE:RE:RE RE: Gatekeeper slipping I agree with most of your thoughts Tropical but not sure all small caps will be treated equally. When times are tough investors are looking for companies that have stable (and some recurring) revenue, positive EPS, and don’t need to borrow to stay afloat.
There were a couple of negative statements in the Q2 report:
“Management cannot provide assurance that the Company will ultimately achieve profitable operations or become cash flow positive or raise additional debt and/or equity capital. Management intends to continue to support the operations with financing initiatives primarily through, but not limited to, the issuance of equity.”
Combine that with an over $600K loss for the quarter and hence the low share price.
As many folks here have already mentioned, Q3&Q4 are typically the strongest quarters for this company. A good Q3 report with positive EPS next month is essential to assure investors this company can deliver what investors are looking for in these tough times. If we do see that in the Q3 report, I think we will see a nice bump in share price, despite the current market conditions.
