RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bioasis Connections KayakerBC, as some shareholders learned by mistake at the Vancouver airport gathering, the quote you presented from the subsequent Zoom meeting contains a falsehood. Either that or a revelation made at the airport was a falsehood, but because it was revealed in a Bioasis document, by mistake, I would tend to believe the airport statement. I have a copy of that document, as the attendees and likely many others have.
I have written a number of posts about the issue. I won't reveal the details just yet but I do hope the company will straighten it out. There is now a considerable number of shareholders who do not believe the quote you posted. (There may be something new about xB3-001 in the Q1 filings at the end of July.)
And as of this moment the corporate presentation has still not been updated because doing so would likely require the revelation of the actual status of xB3-001 and maybe other things that the company doesn't want revealed yet. That's why I called it "tactical procrastination" or something like that.
I understand the dilemma the company is in. Regardless, they need to handle it with proper disclosure. And the thing is, it appears to be really good news.
It seems to me that the company is far too willing to keep things secret at the request of partners. It creates concern about the ability Bioasis has to effectively negotiate with partners, concerns that add to those caused by the poorly-valued deals that Bioasis has so far entered.
