Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. Anyone know if this has been resolved yet?

I think not, as it appears that the OSC has put significant restructions on Spectral's ability to trade?

Anyone else have an opinion on that? Anyone else try and buy 10K or more at market over the past 7 trading days?
