Nortec Minerals Corp. is a mineral exploration and mining project development company with a portfolio of gold, copper, and lithium assets in Scandinavia. The Sturgeon Lake VMS Property comprises 417 unpatented mining claims having a combined area of over 8,500 hectares and is located over 80 kilometers (km) northeast of Ignace, Ontario. It owns a 100% interest in the Mattagami River Zinc property, which comprises 43 unpatented mining claims having a combined area of over 700 hectares and is located in Agate and Tucker townships of the Porcupine Mining Division of Northeastern Ontario, over 50 km northeast of the town of Kapuskasing, Ontario. Its projects also include Tammela Gold and Tammela Lithium projects in southwest Finland.

Why

this company is still halted?
They did not change business, they did not discover a huge deposit, just a simple agreement to aquire some mining property. Not a big deal. I guess the bureaucrats from the TSE have nothing to do so they are going to investigate this deal for a few months
