The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

And one further note -- two days ago an announcement of Epizyme being sold to an outfit called Ipsen for a price of $1.45/share and no fewer than 4 lawsuits being issued for selling at an unfair price for shareholders.

Is this the type of action in our future?
