The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration of its mineral property interests, with its principal mineral property interests located in Canada. Kent Zehr is not qualified to assess Morrison.Kent Zehr is not an environmental engineer.  He is not a mining engineer.   He is an electrical engineer. His specialization is "Power distribution, instrumentation and controls."  He knows nothing about building an environmentally responsible mine.

Furthermore, the man has been retired for 8 years.  He is hardly knowledgable on recent technology and design.
