Lithology at Piskanja is typical of sedimentary basins, primarily consisting of shales, marls, and limestone, with two primary gently undulating borate beds. The mineralization is primarily dense, compact colemanite with some ulexite. The Company’s subsidiary is Balkan Gold Corp.

Well said TMP. In the last year since Temas got involved I have assumed a buyout would happen . After the FS and a mining license already agreed to I think EV/Temas will be bought out as you stated anyone buying this will want their own mine design etc. In accordance with government guidelines. Personally I think this project is much further along behind the scenes than EV/Temas has told us. GLTA
