Why would PALA buy ??

Why would PALA buy ??

They have been in control for 5 yrs and it certainly appears that they have been making all the decisions =MANY OF THEM BAD

Clearly PALA wanted to move value from the retail shareholders to PALA 's account = however by taking back shares vs secured debt they have hurt themselves = but then they never thought they would fail!

Rather than look at themselves and ask the question =DO WE KNOW WHAT WE ARE DOING"  = it appears they made the decisions but then blamed the workers when things didn't work out!!

There is a reason that experience is important = because we all learn over time ! Book learning is just the start not the end of the process

Lack of personal confidence had PALA ensuring that they controlled the BOARD. and while they hired several knowledgeable Directors it appears that they were "POSTER BOYS" = there to instil confidence in the retail market and in other corporate investors HOWEVER PALA made one bad announcement after another and did not provide open and complete information!

The result is that PALA has a reputation which should effectively mean that they will be out of business as not only Will others not TRUST them but others will look at what has happened to NEVADA COPPER and conclude what I and others have been saying =they aren't COMPETENT !!
We all know there are sharks in this world but DUMB ones end up eating their own!!

The question will VLAD & The ZUG Brigade appreciate that they didn't have the skills and were arrogant not willing to listen to or put others in charge!?

If they now  accept that much of this mess rests with them then there is hope! If they think that it was all the fault of those they hired = then this will be a bigger loss for them  and for all shareholders!

Let's see if they do the right things:
1. Remove the inexperienced PALA  youngsters from the BOARD. Replace them with competent, experienced, Trustworthy individuals
2. Have a Board Chair with experience and Trust = possibly Tom A
3.Have the CEO as a Board member- ie Randy B if he is willing to stay and try and turn this ship around ( but one person can't do it if he isn't listened to or if he doesn't have the right team and the $$
3. Hirer a CFO who is committed to the job - not one who is too important to live in Yerington
4. DRILL, DRILL, DRILL = 4 rigs on 2 -8 hr shifts to move billions of lbs of copper into the measured category!( clearly VLAD never heard of Bre-x & 43-101. )In other words prove to lenders and investors that there is significant unrrecognized value in the significant land holding
5. Bring in independent professionals ( geologists, engineers, etc) who can identify the issues and the solutions
6. Set up a DATA ROOM -since it is very unlikely that the PALA brand will be given any other than a nominal or more likely negative value!

However before any of this happens VLAD has to admit that this project has under his management been a loser and he is responsible- however if he is a smart he will realize he has to fall on his sword and give up control of the Board and Management.

We all want PH to succeed = let us all be successful!!
