Private placement? What?Himmligr i can understand that you are angry about this, i also don't know why you would do a private placement right now. As stated in the latest Starcore presentation we have 8.5 million in cash,it is not clear why you would do a private placement at a shareprice of 20 cents CAD per share, 12.09% dilution is alot especially when you consider how undervalued we are. The only reason i can think of is that HNW investors have more skin in the game to block potential take-overs, but even then i don't like this either. It is just to much at a to low price. Why would you do a private placement at 20 cents CAD while our one year average price is way higher than that, someone is paying a to low price. What really happened here is a middle finger to the small hard working shareholders.
