It's true they can raise taxes and the like, but PXT is in such a sound position financially I think it is an accretive investment.
I don't think this share price will move dramatically $30+ until the board pivots from returning most of the FCF in the form of dividends instead of buybacks. I'm a long term investor so I am ok with the current strategy, but the "pop" happens when they transition to a heavy FCF return via dividends.
