I am still have an Australian stock, that was delisted a few years back, it's a big capital loss, so I am going to sell it this year for Tax loss, and I may need to call my TD to sell it for me.

As you said, I will not trade it until LPI being bought out, or get financed to build mine. At that point, our valuation will be much higher.
