Keep it real, Mercuria lent money and took security, it's what they do. Aurcana borrowed money and failed to develop a business. Mercuria will exercise their rights to recoup the money they loaned Aurcana, it's that simple. 


The stock is going to Zero and it will no longer exist or at best Aurcana will be reconstructed and existing shareholders will be rolled into a recapitalized structure where they will own a very very small percentage of the company. 

Anyone that knows anything about this sort of stuff would have seen this happen many times before, it's called the consequence of failure. Current shareholders placed their bets on the wrong team and lost the bet. GAME OVER
