RE:RE:RE:RE:What is ironicThe software is not in the car, you install it on your phone.  As for fooling the system, that's why these back office employees spend most of their time on penalty charges.  Simple enough to say you must have the toll app to use the service.  Big penalties for violations.  Spin it any way you wish, toll booths and toll personnel will be obsolete in less than 8 years.  Not a profitable business other than for the recipient of the toll charges.
