Question

Can we now say wiith 100 per cent certainty that the closing of the IB Cehegin "sale" and the distribution of the NEWCO shares will have to occur sometime after the Sept conclusion to the rights offering and share consolidation. I can not see how you could ever get a record date for ownership of the Mineworx shares, to properly distribute the newco shares before that?
