I will be voting noThis deal stinks of the incompetent leadership of Roger... I hope that this deal gets investigated . The fact that Roger destroyed sharholder value during the first leg of a Bull run and then tries to tout a 50% premium which is still half of the lowest analyst pricing target is a complete joke. The only thing that matters in this deal is UEX will be providing half of UEC known minerization and they onlybwant to offer UEX shareholders 13% of the new company.... Roger loves this deal because he gets to still have a job....management at UEX is the worst in the sector in my opinion ....IF UEC truley wants UEX assets let them make a fair offer to shareholders... anyone else suspicious on why exactly Roger is trying to rush this deal through??
