Some form of a triggering event issupposed to be presented today by US politicians, keeping in mind that some for of a pot bill has been presented, in earnest, 7 times previously in the last little while and can't get past the senate.
What is really going on here in management's mind is a deep secret, tightly held, with nefarious overtones.
I truly believe that some shareholders of Tinley's are going to be standing in tall grass but fearful whether it will be long time public shareholders or the new kids on the block.
As far as a triggering event, I do believe that it will happen by 2024 or maybe even during midterm politickin' but because of the way our "team" is disseminating information and the tribulations of what seems like a steady stream of misfires for Tinley's, I am not sure that the rising tide of some form of US legalization will raise this boat.
Right now our best bet is Blaze and Delta, clearly a higher energy company than Tinley's with a good track record of creating value first and then a saleable asset.
My opinion is that Tinley's should have other offers for shareholders to peruse and for our team to storm out with securing the Blaze loan deal for controlling interest in our company seems highly irregular, if not illegal, unless they have already secured committments from major shareholders that will vote their shares for this develpment.
This is a publicly traded company and investors should be put first and respected by management!
Again, I hope that we have reputable management who's integrity is important to them over dollar bills. I came from the generation where reputation is everything but fornicatin' with one goat makes you a goatdiink forever.

Here's some other players most of whom aren't doing any better than TNY but I believe that most arrived later than TNY.
I don't like the lack of explanation and dealing with concerns of shareholders and I sense that there might be a "snatch" in the works where our Company succumbs to conversion in a typical way of junior stock exchanges.
I hope not!
