The term loan will be disbursed over time in many tranches ..... In the meantime it remains a commitment by the Lender subject to THTX meeting tthe pre disbursment conditions
I think project Titan was the code name during negotiations and drawing of the agreement to insure confidentiality ....I cant see any other reason
