I don't see manipulation imo. With 250k you can move the stock at will. I have been trading in and out of it all week and just myself I can move the price up or down. In this environment th bomber is just a trade. Doubt it will attract any meaningful investors for now as it's not a go to stock for big money. One day if they can actually make profits and bring the debt way down it will attract buyers but for now it's still just a speculative stock and it's in show me mode.
