CCO 9.9% Discount

CCO 9.9% Discount So if CCO still owns 9.9% of UEX would it not be in their best interest to make a bid now? You are paying 90.1% the price your competition is paying. The reason I see why they should is because of the JCU deal.. JCU had a large chunk of some of their properties . So Just like DML wanting UEX to complete the Wheeler river puzzle would they not want to consolidate their properties???  That said, DML would be next.. But CCO  may not like the risk these smaller companies offer. But now is the time to buy as the valuations of these companies may only be going up from here. Since CCO has stated they see the price going up so will these stocks , costing them hundreds of millions extra if they wait.
