Now... i can't open the entire article -
But there is a photo of a magnesium operation on the - Dead Sea - ( Israel )

Does Europe think they can rely on the dead sea's magnesium ?
Or... is there something else going on ?

The Dead Sea is dying. A $1.5 billion plan aims to resurrect it.

Nov 29, 2018The Dead Sea is dying rapidly. The biblical body of water lying between Israel and Jordan is retreating by more than three feet a year, creating ...

The disappearing Dead Sea - ABC

Jun 9, 2021The Dead Sea's water level is declining by more than a metre a year, and its surface area has shrunk by around a third since the 1960s

So the plan is ot drop - $1.5 billion -
take water from red sea and dump it into the dead sea.
lol

Wouldn't it be easier to just spark up a magnesium operation in Canada ?
Hellooo...

QUOTES FROM  LINK BELOW -
The best-case scenario would see construction begin in early 2021 and take around three-and-a-half years to complete.

Mineral extraction is a big industry in the region, and it is also taking a toll. Companies on both sides of the border are pumping an estimated 61.3 billion gallons a year of the seawater, although some critics allege that number is substantially higher. The water is placed in pools so it can evaporate, leaving behind valuable potash, bromine and other substances.

The retreating sea has left behind infertile saline land that, when dissolved by freshwater, becomes unstable and collapses into craters.

Europe can set shop up in Canada -
Europe has recieved many " green " contracts worldwide -
Europe needs the Magnesium.
They're  willing to drop 1.5 billion on a plan that in the forseeable future climate change will increase
in temp - thus - more evaporation will occur.

Will they be throwing money away...
taking from red sea = creating future sink holes = or consumed by farmers irrigation or fertilizers or citizens ?

Hey Europe... why not tap Canada for some - Magnesium ?
So simple...but will they ?
Hmmm.

Again...
i see a major issue with - brines - oceans - seas...
Taking the water from each... causes multiple more PROBLEMS.

California,
Nevada,
Arizona
Utah ( check out salt lake city's issue with depleting water )
Israel
South America ( few years back brine pumping was causing water issues for indigenous )

Hardrock DEPOSITS should be brought forth.
Own opinion.

HAVE A LIL LAUGH...
2 like points taken away from me - for speaking such a subject...
No...soup for you. Halt last 3x longer. You no talk about subjects like that.
( said in a comedic voice )
lol
