I bet DML will offer a 3:1 share swap deal. With DML trading at $1.54 ($1.54 / 3 = $0.513) that would be a slight premium to the current UEX price. The 565 million shares of UEX would convert to about 185 million shares of DML bringing their total to basically 1 billion shares. A neat number 

&  then your shares get roll back again in DML  4:1, that 1 billion shares to 250 million shares.
